Return Policy

This policy pertains to all purchases completed on www.TheCasualMan.com. If a return is necessary, you must notify TheCasualMan.com within 14 business days of shipping date (support@thecasualman.com).

Full Refund Returns

1.        Incorrect Item
TheCasualMan.com will refund your payment for an item that was erroneously shipped if the returned item is undamaged and in brand new condition

2.        Not-As-Advertised on TheCasualMan.com
If the item you received is not as advertised on TheCasualMan.com due to evident incorrect information posted online, you may return it, undamaged and in brand new condition

3.        Defective Item
TheCasualMan.com will refund your payment for a defective item when the item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents

Preference Returns

Preference Returns, Changed-My-Mind Returns, Already-Have-It Returns, My-Friends-Don’t-Know-What-I-Like Returns and all other reasons for returning your item.

 Note: You will be refunded for the ordered item(s) ONLY less shipping charges.

Return Procedure

1.        Send us your return. We promise you’re still our friend!

Because all items are subject to review, returns can take:
- Up to 30 business days to be processed during the normal year
- Up to 45 business days to be processed during holidays

We will notify you by email once your refund is processed.

TheCasualMan.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns due to third party neglect (ex. United States Postal Service delivers an empty box).  It is your responsibility, the sender, to obtain tracking and/or postal insurance for your return.

How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be given in the same form as the original method of payment.
\Will I be refunded for Duties, Customs, Taxes and Surcharges?
        We can NOT accommodate requests for refunds for Duties, Customs, Taxes and Surcharges incurred by the ordered product.
